Is it possible they can bring in a true seal Water starter? I mean, we have the Popplio line even though we already have Samurott who is based on a sea lion.

Disregarding its evolutions, Spheal could've been a perfect starter.
I know water starters are generally based in amphibious animals, but I'd like to see a dolphin or shark, or octopus.
