I'd be surprised if it did.

As far as Gamefreak are concerned, Pokemon always made noises. They were forced to make Pikachu say his name.

Leave voice acting to the anime. Adding a vo to stuff like BotW is nice cause there's never been (let's say good) voice acting for Zelda. Pokemon has the anime, just leave it at that.

BotW also cut hella corners having the chick who played Zelda (rather well) entirely failing to get Impa right., for starters. Overall it was well done, but there was enough to take you out the moment at times to think it could have been done better.
