They all suffer from having no reliable form of recovery and either unremarkable or hindering abilities.
Regice and Regirock are fucked over by their typing being poorly suited for defensive pokemon.
Regigigas is shit because of slow start, would probably be ubers otherwise.
Registeel is fine, though having only leftovers for recovery kills its potential. Could be OU with recover.

I was hoping hidden abilities would help them out. Give them filter or some shit to make up for their terrible defensive typings. Nope, only Regirock gets a decent ability and Regigigas doesn't even get a new one. Still no buffs to their movepool either. They are my favorite legendary pokemon and I hate how shit they all are

Slow Start ruined Regigigas but other than that it would be viable.
Regice gets 200sp.def despite having the worst defensive typing in the game, but it could work with a little more speed and spa since it only needs 70 base speed to outspeed most of OU after a rock polish. Registeel gets no recovery which is a death sentence for it, it's also fairly passive. Regirock struggles to differentiate itself from other better rock types since there's nothing it does that any other rock type does but better.

I think you're not taking into a account how insane 160 base Attack STAB Returns are. Between that and Earthquake/Knock off/ Elemental punches, Regigias has perfect coverage. And 110/110/110 bulk with only one weakness is massive. The fact that it has pretty good speed is a cherry on top.

Everthing more than one turn is not really acceptable.
It gives the opponent such an easy way to switch to a counter and/or set up and just shit all over you you if you have to wait for three turns
