If its even possible, has anyone done it and could upload a video of it? I`ve always wanted to see Fug use the move, bit noone has tried to do that and record it simce USUM has come out

Sorry anon, I really tried. But unless someone is willing to create a rom hack that will allow it to execute the z-move (because just giving the move and crystal doesn't work), or teach me how to git gud at using OBS and pk3DS, you're just straight out of luck.

If you hack the move onto it, I think the animation just doesn't play and the damage is applied. If you were to hack Rayquaza's model into the place of Ultra Necrozma's, you'd probably see a broken animation. The arms would maybe move, but the whole tail/body would probably be stiff.
