I get the idea behind the design but i think they should have just sticked with a more natural design and have small details showing the idea instead. He just looks cut off in half.

Were it not for that, I'd totally use one. It seems like a really cool Pokémon, except for that one glaring flaw.

I’d say that’s because it’s based on a torpedo too, so it’s mean to hit hard and fast without much defences, which also explains speed boost.
