Mega Gengar is a great Pokemon in the Ubers metagame thanks to its
relatively high Attack stat and access to Focus Blast, containing a
boosted Fire Blast, allowing it to break past powerful walls
such as Yveltal, Primal Groudon, and Primal Kyogre. Fire Blast also
hits Dialga, and Mega Diancie, which is immune to Toxic.
Due to the fact that Mega Mewtwo X lacks a dedicated niche
move, this allows it to take on potential attacks instead of its typing.
