Why hasn't gamefreak nerfed this OP move yet? Talonflame got nerfed for how many Pokemon it made unviable, Game Freak realized their mistake with making M-Kanga's babby do half damage so why has Smogon Rocks flown under their radar? And to add to that they made it tutorable and now nearly as many Mons can learn it as Protect & Toxic

Also Knock Offf got buffed waaaaaaay too much too and lots of Pokemon can be tutored that as well
