Incineroar's moveset:
Neutral-B: Darkest Lairat, would be like Green Cyclone but with longer range in terms of arms.
Side-B: Body Slam, Literally Bowser's side-b.
Up-B: Flame Charge, Up-facing fire charge that doesn't have a lot of height, but deals damage and knocks enemies upwards. Not really good for recovery.
Down-B: Bulk up, He takes a few seconds to use it and then he takes less damage and deals more damage and knockback for a short period of time.

Decidueye's moveset:
Neutral-B: Spirit Shackle, Link's arrow but with a samus-like stun.
Side-B: Leaf Blade, Like dancing blade but three slashes and combos into itself, not spammable.
Up-B: Brave bird, Like charizard's flare blitz, but goes up a considerable distance and can be angled. Hurts decidueye.
Down-B: Sucker Punch, basic counter.

Thoughts? I didn't include Primarina because she'd be more of an assist trophy, considering she has no legs.
