Solid + heat = liquid + heat = gas + heat = plasma.
Not that that is entirely germane to the discussion since, if anything, this fact means it's ability should've been a re-named Flash Fire, rather than Clear Body because additional heating would just keep it's plasma going "power it up", not hurt it.
