Yeah shoulda mentioned, I did buy and play SM. Didn't like them all that much, but now recently I got the urge to play them again. Had fun up until the point when I started looking up Pokemon I want for my team and realize I can't get them, or I can't get a specific move, or item, so then I got depressed as fuck and thought about buying USUM just because they actually have a bunch of shit that I want, but then obv I know I don't wan to spend so much money on such a stupid cashgrab of a game.

It does, you can catch more Pokemon in the wild, you get more legendaries, you get move tutors which are pretty fucking OP, it's hard to compete without them, and you get all mega stones (like 20 stones or so are event locked in regular S/M because fuck GF)
