Such an awesome pokemon who unfortunately is stuck with mediocre to garbage stats (those defenses, man).

How would you buff it to make it an actually good pokemon?

I feel like it either needs an evolution, mega evolution, or an outright buff to its BST. Its movepool, to me, looks great.
