It's like Blaziken, using Speed Boost to outspeed the competition, and it one-shots or two-shots a fair portion of LC. Speed Boost is what got Blaziken bumped up to Ubers.

I don't think it'd do much, except let him outspeed Talonflame and other switch-in counters who would still KO him anyway. What he needs are better Sp. A moves and some defenses, not more speed.

Ninjask is 4x weak to rocks and is a frail piece of shit you retard.
Pyuku could reliably pass speed boosts multiple times a match with it's good bulk and access to recovery.
