My math autism is probably wrong for this. But assuming liquid voice has the same boosting moves BP by 30% shit stuff like Pixelate has, then with 5 turns max for max BP, we're talking a move that is about 471 BP.
For context, that means that if our Primarina unleashes this shit at max power in the rain, it would be so much damage that even Kyogre, the best case choice for special defense, would shit itself the moment it got hit by this.
