Honestly, I feel pokemon needs a fresh start.
Retcon Megas.
Have Z-moves not be a thing because we arent in alola.

Take all the things they learned from previous games. And super size it.

Make kanto super detailed,
Include pokemon from other games if it makes sense for them to be there. (Like species from johto)

Have pokemon have slight colour differences kinda like spinda but it would be more like tones then diffrent markings.

Take the other regions into account when world building (like lugias connection to the birds). Stuff like that.

Have legendary pokemon have buffed stats in the wild so the fights are a bit more challenging.

Have pokebank only useable once you get the national pokedex after the main story or something.

Make shit look pretty like botw.

Full trainer customization.

Make em red and blue versions with fancy name so normies know what to expect.

Bam. Instant money machine. And the best part is /vp/ would hate it just because.

I assume you mean of like newer pokemon e.g. Dhelmise or something. Sounds dope, I'm in. Can we have a couple of new towns/dungeons too, or at least a nice redesign of the existing ones?

Kanto is the original region

it has original forest, original caves, original sea routes etc.

all other regions are faking original Kanto concept

It's not original anymore, those caves mazes and forests have been incorporated into other games including remakes. shit alola is the most original game in the franchise next to gen 5 maybe, that doesn't mean it's good.

See I understand the other two but what's the harm in more megas.

I understand not liking the concept but they can't erase them from existence. So what's the harm in more. Them not making any more ever again means the special treatment the ones we have got are ultra special treatment. If you don't like special treatment you should want more megas.

The reason why this doesn't apply to Alola forms is that megas are upgrades.
