Thing is, its C+ in RU now as it presumably gets snacked upon by Mandibuzz, who is currently S-Rank and probably the hardest counter to Decidueye short of Yveltal. We actually might see DecidNUmale in the upcoming months

The only caveats would be either Mandibuzz leaving or Decidueye being promoted to BL3, I don't think there are too many Pokemon in NU that can comfortably take a boosted Z move to the face

Anon, Ambipom has been historically used in tiers where it doesn't belong. Joey memeing it to UU is coming off of a history of it being spammed to hell and back in RU despite being unviable.

Houndoom can hardcheck Decidueye pretty efficiently and even trap it, but it can't switch in directly because it is very frail and can't take Z moves. Still, it's going to be yet another thing that will give hell to Decidueye in NU, alongside Incineroar itself, Mega Audino, Guzzlord, Sneasel, even Braviary.
