>>35112115By far the easiest way to do contests is to grab the rare berries from the Gale of Darkness. You can earn a free Salac berry without much issue, get a Gamon berry from the bonus disc Jirachi (or just grind coupons if you don't have it), and get two others from the coupons you get from Mt Battle and the puzzle discs. Once you get those, you can burn through contests without even having optimal movesets, which is helpful on Pokemon with shitty movepools or if you're trying to keep a bunch of exclusive moves.
