It looks really awkward in motion, and incineroar stands too upright normally to make it work. This is ignoring the fact that it's been shown this is anime only, as the leaked walking animations have it running like a human.

Kommo-o, on the other hand, looks really natural doing it, and it fixes a big problem of the design, that being it looks like it'd fall if it tried to exclusively walk on two legs. I could kind of see it running on two legs with its arms and tail outstretched, though.

I’m just glad that by the time his debut came around for the SM anime they finally learned how to draw and animate him, Incineroar was pokeani Groudon levels of bad in that fuckin movie and it was a god damn movie with a movie budget.

Incineroar is even lower than Decidueye in competitive rank despite better typing. The (((anime))) bending over backwards to try and meme him as the best starter is them denying reality.

Incineroar is currently 2nd most used in both doubles and VGC on battlespot, and 21st overall, which is higher than Primarina and every other starter except Charizard, Greninja and Blaziken.

Not to mention Fairy typing is widely acknowledged to be overpowered, Primarina's "viability" is only because GF refuses to acknowledge they fucked up the typing chart yet again so it's not so much popular as it is a cheesy way to win with a water/fairy dual typing. Off-topic here but I always liked Primarina's "skirt" because it conveys the mermaid theme while also working for a sea lion because it would make it easier to drag/slide itself on the ground or act like an armor for tail attacks, and it also reminds me of dresses you usually see on primadonnas so it literally has a purpose or utility for every theme Prima has
