Well, I've got a reason, if you want one. Rabbits are prey animals, hunted by carnivores. Your Burnbunny could disguise itself as a plant so that carnivores have no interest in it--they'll smell the scent of an herbivore around the carrot patches and assume it's just a common herbivore feeding ground.

Either way, the idea of a non-bug-type or non-grass-type disguising itself as a plant is certainly an interesting one--something only Sudowoodo has done so far, I believe.

So far yes, but I do plan on revamping all evolution stages. After copious amounts of shilling I started getting a bit annoyed by them, I understand and see most of the criticisms thrown at them.

This time, I want to take a more "animalistic" and natural approach to them while keeping the same themes and ideas intact. Because the current designs (pic related) look more like anthropomorphic animals than monster designs. I still do like the originals a lot despite their flaws, I actually plan on incorporating some of the ideas and aspects from them that people tended to like the most and try to improve upon them.

The female one is cool and the pre evolution. Something about the male one seems off. Like it's missing something maybe? I'm not sure. I like how the "clothing" of the female kind of blend into the body but the male one doesn't feel the same in that way.

No one really agreed on it anyways. The water starter was a consistent hot topic in Aus threads. No one was in agreement and it usually skated by via survey's done at odd times and/or with marginally sufficient approval ratings.

Outsider the starters only the sunfish line and that weird goblin/spider line really fall prey to it. Everything else tries to experiment with Body shapes and color schemes.
