Ironically, the new pokken model got all of those better, yet they went and made its limbs strangely long to add mobility for a fighting game.
I always saw Blastoise as a bulky tank who didn't move much in battle, but rather its stumpy strong legs add the stability necessary for both taking hits and shooting powerful jets of water. Getting on his fours with its somewhat short limbs would seem natural for even more powerful and accurate shots.
Such a combat style wouldn't fit a game like Pokken, so they went and try to make it more agile. I know half the board is now busy hate-posting on Blastoise, but it's honestly a shame: the body, head and cannons are fine, we were pretty close for a good Blastoise model if it wasn't for the limbs.
