Buff Ice type defensively in the type charting, give it power gem and aurora veil and maybe give it something different then refridgerate. Its a unique idea for a move, but it really doesnt get much out of it outside of hyper voice, and its already fighting between moves like Blizzard with Snow Warning and Dry Freeze. Pinsir and Salamence get use out of their Aerilate abilities because they dont normally get fly moves, and the physical normal moves it does affect give it some unique options, like flying type Quick Attack.
