Can be anything, an animal, mythical creature, inanimate object

A sand worm would be a sick Ground/Bug type and I see it being massive like Gyarados and Steelix

On topic though, just generally more water type based on unique things and that aren't utter trash. Shrimp and more sharks and squids maybe but no forgettable things like Basculin.

I'd like to see some Pokemon inspired after Aztec and Mayan myths and art. Something that deliberately resembles the odd, angular sort of carvings and paintings that mesoamerican civilizations created, but that still looks like a living creature.
it's a shame google searches for examples mostly just pulls up pictures of the mayan and aztec calendars

Might be weird but we already have quite a few of street fighter's roster as pokemon, why not plant/flying nash?
