Newer generations are too bland and sterile. One last time and I can leave this series for good.

I don't believe that but ORAS was better than XY and SM, because it was based on fundamentally good games.

I don't mind the ORAS remakes as much as others do but I was pretty disappointed with them. I enjoyed a few playthroughs, though. Hoenn is a fun region. But after hearing about how gen 5 was linearized because kids had trouble with DPPt and Gamefreak's general approach to games at the moment, I'm not sure I can dredge up any sort of hope.
