Has a sign of the original trainers gender been removed or has it just been moved from the text colour of the OT to something else?

In previous gens, the text colour for the OT's name was blue if male and red if female. Was prepping X/Y for a restart and noticed that the colour indicator was gone.

Because I'm autistic about the OT always being me including taking the Y chromosome into the account. If the game doesn't track gender anymore, I'm free to play as a girl when replaying old games even if it's my name.
