Move the SpA EVs to Speed, move the HP EVs to Defense, replace Energy Ball with Leaf Blade, replace Nasty Plot with Spirit Shackle, and run Jolly instead of Careful. Boom, done.

Well, Overgrow boosts Grass moves when HP is low, and contact moves used by Long Reachers in fact do not make contact.

Overgrow would be the superior choice if your running:
>Sash + Grass move
>Substitute + Grass move
>A Grass move that isn’t Leaf Blade and Grass Knot

Long Reach is better otherwise.

The best set you can run for decidueye is to release his ugly cuck ass back the wild , reset the game, choose litten and win. But if your dead set on a grass Pokemon dhelmise does everything decidushit can but better

0 Atk Decidueye Sinister Arrow Raid vs. 252 HP / 252 Def Dhelmise: 324-384 (94.1 - 111.6%) -- 68.8% chance to OHKO

And because that same Dhelmise has put all its EVs in HP and Defense, it can't OHKO with Spooky Plate-boosted Shadow Claw.
