It's pretty much confirmed at this point that Rowlet is never going to evolve

Torracat might evolve again, and Poipole will probably only evolve right before it leaves (Lusamine said he can keep it until she finds the Ultra Wormhole it came from)

I have no desire to argue this point. My stance won't change. I hate Rowlet with passion, almost as much as I hate Ash and Pikachu. He's a nothing-character, stagnation in a circular form. Evolution, growth, that's what makes characters worth watching. Something that won't do either, it has no value. Rowlet has no value.

Not in the anime. I bet you don't even watch it. He's been great there, as soon as he appears that part of the episode becomes memorable and funny. I really hope he doesn't evolve, especially when battles are so few and far between and another jobber isn't needed. I never wanted a pokemon not to evolve as much as this one.

helll no. Johto isn't even his worse team, that's Unova, which managed to suck even with evolved mons.
