>Neutral B - Pursuit / Knock Off
Deoxys darts forward and strikes any opponent hit. If the target is hit in the back, this will deal double damage. If in Defense Form, this attack will be a close ranged strike, dealing higher damage (but no double damage to the back) and knocking any equipped item off the target.
>Side B - Extreme Speed / Low Kick
Deoxys will quickly dash in a straight line, passing through opponents and dealing damage to them with varying damage/launch based on current form. If in Defense Form, this attack will be a closer ranged sweep-like attack that trips the target and deals damage based on their weight. If they are in the air, the opponent will fall to the ground (recovery disabled until landing) and receive damage based on weight.
>Up B - Psychic
Deoxys floats upward in a field of psychic energy. If an opponent makes contact with this psychic field, Deoxys will lift them up telepathically, deal continuous damage, then launch them upward.
>Down B - Form Change
Cycles through its different forms, altering its stats and attack qualities.
Normal - On the lighter and floatier side. Good attack, good speed, somewhat low resistance to launch. Good recovery.
Attack - Damage greatly increases, speed increases slightly. Recovery and weight stay the same, defenses become worse.
Defense - Defenses greatly increase as does its weight. Considerably less floaty. Speed and damage are reduced. Worst recovery. Minimizes reach of mobility-based abilities.
Speed - Lightest, floatiest, and fastest form. Attack and defenses are reduced, recovery is at its best. Maximizes reach of mobility-based abilities.
>Final Smash - Psycho Boost
Deoxys floats to a chosen nearby location before charging a large ball of flickering psychic energy, then launches the ball at moderate speed across the field, dealing continuous damage on contact before stopping at a set distance (or earlier if the player chooses) and imploding for high damage and huge launch power.
