Primarina was a great concept with wonky execution. Performance theme with clown -> idol -> diva progression is easily better than clown -> bigger clown -> biggest clown.
That "seal made from human body parts" image would have made an amazing Primarina design. I mean, just remove the nipples from that thing and give me the uncanny valley seal.
