Yeah, Weavile is just pretty damn good at the moment, those ice shards/icicle crashes still hurt like fuck and i'm somewhat sure that Weavile is still the fastest STAB knock-off user in OU.
Also Weavile appears in stall teams a lot so yeah, weavile is still useable, OP's a fag.
