Is there a ROM hack of Emerald (or any other game) that's just a more "polished" version of the base game? ie more Pokemon, physical/special split, quality of life changes, maybe minor story tweaks. Something in the vein of Liquid Crystal (is LC any good?)

I want a ROM to mindlessly play without having to pay attention to a new story.
