I think the next games will have two teams - one will be a construction magnate and his crew of workers, the other will be a team of eco-warriors.

There'll be themes of deforestation, expanding cities, nature vs urbanisation.

And when the eco-warriors try to unleash a Grass-type legendary to revert the world to it's natural environment, you have to stop them going too far.

I could see this if it's spun more as tradition vs. innovation. Developers vs. eco-warriors swings very close to Gen 3's teams. Maxie was a businessman wanting to expand the land for his company's prosperity. Archie and his pirate goons wanted to revert the world to a much earlier state since all life came from the sea, but also because the simpler times would be more supportive of their piracy.

The first one from category A. I just realized that the majority of Pokemon villains are well intentioned extremists(even Lusamine was changed into one in USUM). Would be nice to have another villain purely out for power/self interested goals again.
