Incineroar is less of a actual tiger and more of a MONSTER TIGER. Much like how Primarina is more of a MONSTER seal than a actual seal. Even Decidueye looks off as a actual owl and becomes something also monster-like, what with the fingers and incorporated bow and arrows. It doesn't matter which of them is more human than the other, they've now evolved into something beyond what they were. They also go through changes, changes that possibly hinder them more than it should. Incineroar grows stronger, but sacrifices speed in exchange. Primarina grows more graceful, but sacrifices raw strength in exchange, Decidueye grows more precise, but sacrifices plenty of things due to being focused in just one thing.
They might be based on animals, but their final evolutions are to show what happens when they go beyond what they are in order to pursue what they want (Primarina = Attention, Incineroar = Strength, Decidueye = Precision).
