>>35197842When is it acceptable to BAN a defensive mon?
I mean, we all know what happened with Naganadel, it was obviously too good and its checks were too obscure and uneffective against other threats of the ladder.
But what if the same happens with a passive pokemon? Toxapex is defensive monster, incredibly hard to kill, it can take the strongest super effective hits from koko and lando(if it doesn´t get burnt on the switch) and heal the damage immediately thanks to regenerator, you can't put it on a timer because toxic won't work on it, and the best counters to it (perish song azu, whirpool fini and groundium heatran) are not that good against other pokemon
If you consider all of that, Toxapex can be as broken as Naganadel, but is it banworthy? What else does a defensive pokemon needs to be banned?
