If it were to evolve, I want it to just become bigger and take the clock motif further, maybe with a full clock face for a head? Something weird like that.

Also, statwise it should get more investment in Special and start learning moves like Psyshock and Moonblast. I could see it abusing Trick Room well, maybe take advantage of a different ability such as Telepathy or Trace.... It getting a signature, time-related ability would be interesting too, maybe something like Intimidate for Speed?
