I'd say only Landorus. I've seen a Cassowary with zen headbutt take out a Toxapex pretty easily a couple times. It needs a Lum Berry for scald burns, but it usually wins in the end. I just wish it got some sort of ice coverage for Lando

You can actually soft counter it with electric eel as long as you’ve got 252 in SpA and Spd, but it’s kind of a waste of a spot because countering cass is literally its only function

Ive actually found a pretty niche counter to Cassowary in Hippo. Its super high defense lets it live at least 2 head smashes even W/O lefites, and Strong Jaw Ice Fang has a 100% chance to kill it after rocks.
