I kinda wish it. Something like Porygon and Rotom, i'd see him as ghost/normal shapeshifter mon known to infect systems because he feels alone. I'd give it transform but in a different way than Ditto.
Most important thing, he should NOT be edgy and/or cringey. I'd accept a modest/classic-like design

I see that as animation, since in that concept he'd be a "gas cloud / computer virus" it could very well have pixel-like animations.
...i know, it sounds cringey. I'm pretty sure GF would be able to find a way to "keep it cool"

Best MissingNo. design IMO

Looks totally as something fitting to gen 1. It's a dodo bird because of his "bird" type.

I would give it Dark/Flying type which was unknown to an old pokedex and ability Illusion or something similar

Only partially related: "Phancero" from TPP roms was based from that MissingNo design.
I was in charge of the sprite, while name/concept were chosen by "my headcanon is okay, other people ideas are vetoed" project manager
