I mean, you're among the big boys now kid, if you think like a child, you'll get called on it and no sane adult, much less the curators of such a money-spinner such as pokémon is ever going to rock the boat and risk being the stupid fucker who killed/badly damaged the pokémon brand, by drastically trying to change the core series (Hell, even Masuda knows this, admitting there's very little he can do, core gameplay wise, with regards to changing the formulas, even going so far as admitting changing too much could harm the brand, which is why they try to keep the overworld/non-battle gameplay fresh and different each Generation).
