this has potential, i guess? the soft colours are nice. wing ears are a bit overdone. i like the tail, kind of reminds me of jolteon, that's a nice change from standard fake eevee bushy tails even if the ears are not that creative. it's maybe over detailed for current pokemon style, you'll need to simplify the shapes a lot for it to fit in with modern pokemon, that detailed rough shagginess would fit in more with an early gen.
now the worst stuff. the face.... is just straight up bad. why is the side view so square, why is the muzzle so huge? why is the noze so big? it looks like a capybara. compare with umbreon here (or any other eeveelution) and see how small, pointed, catlike their muzzles are, with noses barely more than a dot. the fuck me eyes aren't great either. eyes are very distinctive in eeveelutions and by changing them that much it really stops it looking like one. the feet... god, what happened with the back foot? it's like you spent so much time on the rest of it, then got called down to dinner before finishing but desperately wanted to upload right now. it looks like a primarina flipper compared to the front feet. a single toe is as big as the front feet. be consistent! on official art every detail has effort, don't half arse any part and assume people won't notice. the front paws have nice details, individually drawn toes, bulges around the joints, little hairs, looks like an actual realistic paw. back paw looks like a sock with a couple of lines drawn on it.
overall... 6/10. nice aesthetic, not overly cluttered or with stupid slapped on shit like a lot of fakes, good details over most of it (if too detailed for current pokemon), but cliche idea, badly drawn face, and some bits that are inexplicably shite compared to the rest. keep at it. you have a good eye for colour and decent anatomy but you should study your source material closely, and broaden your horizons in search of inspiration and interesting ideas.
