When you really look into it, the lake trio really was detailed in conception, and they probably share the same base body shape because all 3 are inspired by pixies/fairies/spirits and they're 3 parts of "one whole"
Genies each represent an element but they're genies so they look the same, no excuse for the designs really, but they at least made them diverse with therian transformations
