Johto protags, Sinnoh protags are presumed 10 since they don't look that old and have no hinted/stated ages
Hilbert and Hilda were stated to have been designed visually to be 16, so that's their presumed canon age and 18 in BW2
Calem and Serena visually look like Hilbert/Hilda so presumed age is 16-18
And Nate/Rosa have no stated ages, however look older than usual so presumed around 14-16(also to go with Unova having older protags and the subtle romance plot with Yancy and whatever the guy's name was)

Technically doesn't. The only time age is mentioned is by Wicke and she asks the PC and Hau how old they are when they first arrive at Aether Paradise. She just fills in about 11 for them.

Which was obvious because you have to be at least 11 to do the trials.

we don't really know whether all of them are at least 11, that's just as much of a presumption as the default age being 10 is (due to the anime claiming one's pokemon journey starts as early as 10)
