Spe Serena is 12, anime Serena is 10. Game Serena doesn't have a confirmed age but XY protags are called by several npcs adults, grow ups, and someone even says you are older than Emma who is 16.

Also look at Serena's proportions and compare them with all the other girls, limbs lenght, head neck shoulder ratio, she has a more adult-like body. Just look at how giant Chicken looks next to her in that poorly arranged picture.

Spedia had some mistakes so maybe is one of them? X and Y look older and more developed than the other protags. But until further notice that's their canon ages.

Aren't the protagonists in BW supposed to be older than in other games? I mean you do see Cheren and Bianca start to question themselves about what they want to do in life, and that's definitely not something an 11 yeard old would be thinking about. Then in BW2 both already have jobs.

The stories overall in Gen V are more mature than in other games, too.

Supposedly there’s an interview that says BW protags are 14 at that time, and B2W2 protags are 16. XY protags are at least older than Emma (is that her name? From the Looker sidequest), who is said to be 16 and younger than them. The others range from 11-12, maybe 13, with 10 being spoken about in the anime.

It's from a fan event. Masuda was asked the ages of the characters and he said Hilbert/Hilda are 14, Cheren and Bianca are 14/15, and N is 20. This info also was in magazines before BW came out.
He didn't say anything of the BW2 protags and to date they have no info, but they are probably 14 too.

It says directly in one of the books in the room full of the stolen pokemon that Emma is 16. At some point, Emma comments on how you are as old or older than her, meaning the protagonist is 16 +. She also states that Mimi will never open up to adults besides Looker himself, making the protagonist 18 or younger, leaving you with 16-18. Did you even play the looker missions?
