I don't buy that whole "the audience can draw their own conclusion" shit
or when stuff happens off screen so you imagine it

if I wanted to imagine something I would read a book
when I'm looking at visual media I want you to give me the full arch of the story, don't just stop telling it right before the end and expect me to fill in the blanks
