>>35245569I'll start by throwing out a few ideas. Some of these are from the Legendary only list.
>Fire/WaterA sea anemone/clownfish combo. The twist is that the anemone has a caustic, burning venom and lives exclusively in shallow, warm tropical waters. The clownfish would be part of its attacks but would be considered a separate Pokemon and could evolve separately on its own through some means into a Fire/Water lionfish, which has "learned to defend itself" and "carries the venom from the anemone with it always." The clownfish can be caught on its own as well and just wouldn't evolve without the anemone present (and maybe they'd have a fusion mechanic to become one Pokémon, before the clownfish evolves and leaves the anemone on its own?)
>Psychic/GhostA beholder Pokémon, essentially a floating eyeball with various tentacles. It could learn a swath of "eye" moves like Mean Look, Glare, Miracle Eye, Fake Tears, etc. Could be a 2 or 3-stage line, maybe.
>Pure FlyingTwo different ideas:
-a 2 or 3-stage line of wind frogs. Starts as a floating, balloon-shaped tadpole with its tale as the string. Would evolve into a massive blimp-like frog that attacks by belching gusts of winds.
-Cloud bears. Basically bears covered in fluffy, cloudy fur that are lightweight and able to move through the air easily. More because it's funny and not for any other real or lore-based reason.
>Ice/PoisonA 3-stage poinsetta line. Starts as a mistletoe branch with a frozen ice block attached, shaped like an ornament. Evolves into a poinsetta bunch with a build similar to Roselia. Finally evolution is a waifu grassmon that looks like a poinsetta/princess blend with some Christmas theming. Would learn a lot of Grass attacks and even have Grass abilities, but strictly not true Grass types. Ice/Poison because poinsettas are winter flowers and also toxic to most animals.
