i know these are fake but if the trainers would drawn in proper pokemon art and you just posted the trainers as the leak id wanna be believe it and be hyped. you fucked up by posting the weird presumably legendary art that looks like a newer younger artists yugioh fanart and the mediocre fakemon that dont follow the design philosophy of real starters (and no im talking about muh patterns zodiac shit, i mean marketability and that type of stuff). also fucked up because of how poorly the pokemon artstyle is imitated making it clearly fan art.
i like what you were going for and i like the trainer designs and would love a chinese region (konikoni city was a nice taste of what i wanted) and you didnt do anything to immediately PROVE these are fake, but you did a bad job and making it all in all convincing, especially to someone like me who looks at fakemon all the time and sees everyone trying to imitate the pokemon artstyle and failing, its clear this is fanart.
im not saying the pokemon artstyle couldnt change in gen 8/concept art sheets would be the most polished art, but it looks just like all the mock ups and not like the real deals at all
