This doesn't need to mean it's a visor but probabily by the quality of the pic, which is a jpg and jpg it's a compressed file, instead of png used by the first anon color picker (which states that it's a perfect white)

Maybe it depends also by the rendering model or the filter used on it (in the case of the card one). If you can see that in the offcial concept art, it's clearly white, then you need no more proves to say if it's tinted or not.
Also in the concept art there is nothing which states that they're using a blue glass, instead there are scientific argumentation to explain why it's blue and they already said it, and it also
explains why they have a such saturated hair/beard color.
