Listen here, Eevee will NOT RECEIVE A NEW EVOLUTION, instead it will get a new form, imagine it like a Super Saiyan (lol) i know it sounds stupid but it's basically a yellowish Eevee with spiky furr.
It will obviously appear in the next movie, and i assume that it will be connected to Zeraora somehow.
I will not answer any questions because i don't know anything else, but i can tell you one last thing: i left another clue about the new Eevee form in this thread.
