I didn't really like midnight form Lycanroc at first due to how it looked but fanart happened and eventually Pokemon Refresh videos on YouTube.

Never played any of the games before but I know that it's a shitmon just like its midday counterpart, which is unfortunate.

I played through Pokemon Vega (first Pokemon game I ever beat was a hack) and Togekiss was fun to use.
I don't know if I should call it my favorite, but it was a major member of my team.

I like Cubone because I'm a fan of things that wear masks or conceal themselves in some way - Gabumon is my favourite Digimon, for example. Things like Mimikyu are okay but Mimikyu, for example, is *too* concealed and it's gimmick hinges on it too much; I am not a fan of that.

I think it's design is strictly Pokemon and I think it's unique not only to the franchise but to fiction in general.

I can't remember a specific reason. I've always loved its design, though. I love its overall coloring, chocolate colored paws, big old ears, long tail, white belly and chest, and that smug little grin. It just clicked with me, I guess. I've always used one on my in-game teams whenever possible.

They always stood out to me as a kid because of how unusual their designs were and the mystery surrounding them. You really had to go out of your way to even access them, too.

This one too, because I wasn't going to train Togepi but then did so as a crutch for the Veilstone gym. He was still with me for the story mode and I was surprised to find out that it was still not his final form when I found a Shiny Stone on Mt. Coronet. Loved him ever since, and I used Togekiss again for HGSS

The Gible line is my favorite because they basically embody everything that my 12 year old self considered to be badass. Garchomp is pretty much a mixture between a dinosaur, shark, dragon, and a jet plane, so his design will never not be cool to me.

I always find cool those Pokémon that are funny like Gengar, and I also like Pokémon based on objects like Magnemite or Claydol. Probopass have all those things and it's a really fun for me.

HG was my first pokemon game ever, and I didn't really know what was going on.

But shortly after Ral my mareep evolved into a flaafy he was the first pokemon to just spontaneously hug me out of nowhere. Suddenly they weren't just cool monsters I wanted to collect, they were my COMPANIONS and I felt RESPONSIBLE for them and I pushed through the indigo league, kanto, and Mt. Silver because I wanted to make them proud.

I've still got my boy Ral on my ultra moon cartridge. I've thought about hyper training him and fixing his EVs up real nice but no, he's perfect just the way he is.
