i had a terrible day, i tried to go back to college (i have depression and social phobia) and i even asked for a new friend to lunch with me, but i had a light panic attack (i ran home before it got serious) after some of his friends arrived to lunch with us and i started to feel desconnected and all my shit again. Tomorrow I'll try again

It was my first day back at work after some time off. So it sucked. But at least I'm on lates this week so can stay in bed a bit longer.

I'm currently trying to complete the Alolan Pokedex in Ultra Moon to get the shiny charm. Just got to 370/402, so pretty happy with my progress so far. Gives me an excuse to travel the map with Velguirie (my Tsareena) too.

I'm listening to City Ruins from the Nier Automata soundtrack.

Keep trying with your social stuff. Make sure those who you see/will see you regularly are aware of the difficulty for you. They will be supportive.

Mienshao is my favorite, but Mismagius is a very close second.

I only woke up a few hours ago, my sleep cycle is really messed up so I feel half dead, but it's finally moving into spring here, so things are looking up I guess.
I'm not entirely sure why, but I've been quite happy the last few days. I'm actually smiling for once, maybe it's just knowing that winter is behind me?

Sorry your day wasn't great, anon. I went through some pretty bad depression in college, and I guess I had a bit of social anxiety too, unfortunately I can't offer any advice. I just tried my best to get through it. I hope things go well for you.

Currently listening to 'Tooi Machi' from the Yokohama Kaidashi Kikō soundtrack. The entire album is great easy listening music.

finally gotten around to beating moon and completing everything and snagged me a few shinies but I'm already pretty bored and thinking of picking up Ultra Moon so I don't fall behind in games

been searching for shiny alolan meowth for 3 days now and no luck, but I remember Nanu saying something like "meowths are alright because they don't care who you are" and that made me feel bad because I'm being selective about friends when I've been on the receiving end of that

then again it is just fake creatures in a childrens game so I guess I'm being silly

Oh man, coming back to routine is always lame. I'm trying to complete the alolan pokedex too, but i just started (61%). Completing the pokedex is always a great excuse to use your favorite pokemon while using others during the story.

I'm not sure if there's any scientific data to back it up, but I always become much less happy during autumn and winter. My dad is the same way.
He actually ordered me a special lamp, thing, that's supposed to help by emitting a warmer, more summery wavelength of light. Honestly, it sounds like bullshit, but I'll try it out anyway.

Dunno if you're much of an anime person (I watch very little desu), but the series the ost is from is only four episodes, and it's pretty chill. A Slice of Life set in post-ecological-disaster japan, humanity is slowly dying out and it's perpetually late spring.

It has been a rollercoaster of emotions over the past few days. The biggest thing happening now is I am preparing myself to move to my new town. I got to be ready by April 8th and it is 400km away from the town I live in at the moment. And I honestly couldn't be more happier about that because I don't like the city life all that much. I usually wonder how I can live in a town that's pretty small but I got family who lives down there so I'm not entirely on my own.

I also got my license a month ago and it feels so great being able to drive on my own, but I still get very nervous on the road. Yesterday I went to pick up groceries for dinner but I had this one guy straight up my ass. He was 10mm away from hitting my car with his giant SUV and he was literally forcing me to get moving, even though there were a lot of cars moving fast on the other lane and the turn I was taking was on a regular suburban street. It's embarrassing to say but I almost broke down crying when I got back home. I know there will be arrogant drivers everywhere but still

I don't really like sharing music with other people since 95% of it is vidya music, but I've been mostly listening to this one lately

That's soooo cool, small towns are great and peaceful. Damn, some drivers are fuckers, i have the same fear, i still don't have a license because of those people that drive like they own the city. At least, in a small city you will be able to pratice more your driving in peace.

Can't really get over this girl I dated for a little bit. After 4+ months of wallowing, I'm deciding now in the month of April to be the month I get lost in my work to: 1. self-improve, 2. work on my self-discipline, and 3. to help get over her some more. It's gonna be hard since there's so much I want to do, but I just need to do I want and not just slouch around and watch shit mindlessly like I've done almost all my life.

I'm also falling in love with one of my best friends here at uni, but she has a bf (long-distance, but they make it work really well turns out, he's a nice/cool guy too -I've met him). After I'm done with the zine project I'm working on with her, I think I'm gonna tell her how I feel if it's still bothering me, not to start a relationship with her, but just to get it off my chest because life's too short to be torn by something like this. I feel lucky to be such good friends with her. She's the best.
