Can't say the same for Gen 7 where they blatantly put story first and everything else second, or at least neglected to develop them on equal grounds.
Also, you don't have to deal with the constant fades to black whenever you're stopped in Gen 5. It also helps that Gen 5 doesn't have nearly as much interruptions as Gen 7.
