>>35273910So what. Flat can be beautiful. It depends on the person, some look good with a big chest, some look awful. And yes, some girls that are flat would undoubtedly look better a bit bigger. But you can't apply the same standards to all people. If every girl had large breasts it would get boring really quickly. Variety truly is the spice of life :)
As for these two specifically, Selene would look weird being busty, since she's supposed to be 11. Even if she's depicted as an older teen I think she looks better being smaller. I can go either way with Dawn, I've seen good art with her flat and busty.
