I want a Normal type Eevee, but I don't want it to be cute, I want it to be mentally ill and mangy, almost like it's not a path it's supposed to be going down but you, as the trainer, forced it to be like this and made it into a monster. This is because I don't think it's natural for Eevee to stay it's Normal type when it evolves, it's supposed to be about evolving and going forward, not stagnating and staying Normal. That's why I want it so much, I love decrepit, sick, sad creatures and would love to see an Eevee like this.
For reference of what kind of feel I'm going for, look to Kyurem (regular Kyurem, not fused Kyurem). Kyurem is all hunched over with sad little arms and an ugly falling-apart face that needs permafrost ice to hold itself together. I think Normal Eevee should be like that, maybe have a twisted hunch back, perpetually dirty matted fur, long unclipped claws, overgrown yellowed fangs, a fluffy mane as knotted as a homeless man's beard, thin and gaunt like it hasn't eaten in a week. You know, the pokemon equivalent of a starving rabid dog. I want to train an Eevee like that, a little psycho twisted into something it shouldn't be with a lot of desperation and pain in its life. You just know you don't fuck with a pokemon like that.
